Bodhichitta Seed Mala - Medium Brown - 12mm to 12.5mm Bodhi Seeds - Great Beginning Mala

This Bodhi Seed Mala is a soothing mediun brown color. The beads are slightly trimmed and have a lovely round shape. I picked up few Bodhi Seed Malas from a new dealer who I met last year. He only sells Bodhi Seed Malas at Boudhanath Stupa in Kathmandu. I was happy to see him again and I am offering one of the malas I purchased from him in 2024.

The average size of the seeds are 12.0mm to 12.5mm on average. Therefor, I am saying this is an "12.25mm" mala. The length of the Mala is 23.25 inches or 59.10cm from the top to the bottom of the guru bead. The distance from the top past the guru bead to the bottom of the cord ends is 24.50 inches or 62.23cm. The mala has a pleasant and strong appearance. The medium brown color has quality tonal quality and feels very nice in the hand. This is an excellent "starter" Bodhi Seed mala for yourself or as a gift.

This mala is priced accordingly for it's size. The 3-eye guru bead is complimented in color and has a size of 14.50mm. This prayer bead is laced with a single loop of red nylon cord with a sliding knot to adjust tension. This is a beautiful mala.
